Team Building volunteer opportunities are great for companies of all sizes who are looking to get out of the office and make a tangible difference in your community. There are a variety of ways for your business or organization to get involved. Teams and businesses that partner with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento are helping change lives, eliminate poverty housing, and build a stronger community.

Theme/Event Builds:
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento also hosts a variety of “theme builds” throughout the year which are great group volunteer opportunities!
Some of our themed build events include:
Women Build – 500 women from across the region will come together this March to show their strength!
Rock the Block – Rock the Block is a remarkable 2-day community impact event that brings together hundreds of volunteers to work in partnership with neighborhood residents to complete dozens of critical home repairs, property beautification, and community projects over a single weekend.
Build for Unity– over interfaith harmony week 2023, 200+ volunteers of different backgrounds and faiths will join together to build hope, homes, and unity.
ReStore Volunteer Day
Not in a position to make a donation, but still interested in helping out? Put together a team to help volunteer in the ReStore!
ReStore volunteer days take place in the ReStore, which is our home improvement outlet. ReStore volunteers help sort, clean, price, and assemble donated product which we sell to the public to raise funds to offset building costs.
Teams of 10-20 can be accommodated with opportunities throughout the week. Scheduling is subject to date availability.
